Book Log Template Pages

It's been a little over a year since I started making book worksheets and posting them for everyone to enjoy. The only reason I realized how the time has flown by is because I started recording the titles and dates when I finished each book. And October 14th was my first entry. Being able to see all the middle-grade books I've read this past year has come in handy and gives me a great surge of satisfaction.

So, for everyone to use and enjoy, I'm sharing my 'Books I've Read' templates so any young readers (or any age!) can utilize them.

I've made two versions of my 'Books I've Read' page in hopes that anyone who finds the first option cramped can enjoy the second.

On the left side, the first column is titled #—no, not pound sign, sharp sign, or hashtag but the number symbol. I've found it helpful to number the books I've read in order. This year I got to 61!

The following three columns are used to record the book's title, the author's name, and the date. I record the date I finish a book but it works just as well to record the date you start it too. As always, this is all for fun and there is no wrong way to go about it!

My second version is very similar except I blocked the book's title and author names on top of each other to give more space for writing. There are fewer entries on each page but that's hardly a concern when you can print a new page to continue.

And lastly, if anyone wants a cover or title page for their collection I've got one ready and hope to add a few more options. Also, feel free to use it as a coloring page or, really, anything for fun!
